Counselling with an RCC is covered under many extended benefit plans, so a receipt will be provided for you to submit after the session. Unfortunately, I do not provide direct billing to insurance providers.

Sliding scale is available and can be discussed prior to first appointment. Payment is accepted by email transfer at completion of session.

Cancelled and/or missed appointments: 24 hours’ notice must be given for the cancellation of appointments otherwise, the full session fee will be charged. As my session time is reserved for you exclusively, I need to know if you will not be coming. Your consideration in this matter is very much appreciated. Emergencies and sudden illness may be exceptions.
